Mike Kennard while licensed as a Cosmetologist, Barber, Manicurist, Esthetician and Instructor in all areas, his work currently for Bellingham Beauty School is as an Administrator in charge of the marketing and management relations. Mike does teach special classes in People Skills.

As a former news broadcaster, public service director and as an industrial laboratory supervisor, Mike provides diverse insight to the Cosmetology industry and Bellingham Beauty School.

Cis Stock Kennard attended Bellingham Beauty School for her Cosmetology training in 1969, worked at the school and in 1985 came back to purchase the school after running two very successful salons in Bellingham.

Cis is past President of the Washington State Cosmetology Association and the Washington State Cosmetology School Owners Association. Cis also served for four years on the National Cosmetology Association Board of Directors.

Currently Cis administrates Financial Aid for both Yakima and Bellingham Beauty Schools and oversees the staff for both schools.
